Shenzhen!

Here we are at Shenzhen!!!!!! It took us an hour to reach Shenzhen, including clearing the customs. Shenzhen is a modern city and their subway is quite good!

We went to the travel agency to settled the Beijing trip which Wayne, Weiying, Jieying and Joy will be embarking on. After that we decided to go to the Walmart there!

There is 永和大王 in Shenzhen too!

The things in Shenzhen's Walmart is reallliiii cheap!!! You can only understand what I am saying when you go there. Its totally crazy!!!! I bought a big packet of 旺旺 for my roommate and a lot of chewing gum! haha

We decided to watch Red Cliff 2. After buying the tickets, when went for dinner!
Dinner is at a Chinese restaurant famous for its earthen pot soup. Sumpultous dinner at 60 rmb each!! Good stuff!



Then its movie time!! We got student discount for the tickets! From 80 rmb to 50 rmb !!!

It quite amazing that the offensive can triump over the defense in just one night!

Overall, I think that the show is good and entertaining!

Its Sunday again!

Set the alarm but forgot to turn it on. Missed the morning service. Haiz
Thus, I went to the evening one and realised that its not really a traditional service. After some hymms, we watched a video by Nooma. It is seriously quite thought provoking!

Is it possible that you have been searching for God in the winds, fires and earthquakes when God is waiting to speak to you in silence?

After the video, there was a quiet time of 20 mins for personal prayer session.
I totally realised the importance of QT now.

When is the last time you spent some time in solitude and silence?

Time for some soul searching and reflections. I may have fell numerous times but God is always there waiting to speak to me. God never fails!
