Welcome Dinner and more sightseeing alone!!

IASP Welcome Dinner for All of US!!! (its a 11 course dinner!)
These are the two people from Xue2 Xi 1 Hall but the Australian girl pronounced it as Krazy Hall ha (Above: These are the two residents of Krazy Hall)

This pretty girl is Carrie. She is the second person we met from CUHK who kindly arranged the pickup for us from the airport. She can speak fluent English and is a very jovial person. Btw she thinks that acc. students are b..or....ing...ha which our dear Jie Ying and Shamas beg to differ!

Everyone started to pose in front of the camera in Hong Kong style!

Beautiful Morning
Woke up early today and have a quick breakfast wit my buddy (aka my roommate) at New Asia College. Then I hurried on to the library to get some documents printed. Then I made my way to Shatin Government Offices where Hong Kong Post is located.
But when I reached there, the post office could not guaranteed that my documents can reached Singapore before 12 tml so I went to FedEX for help.

FedEX is located at the Shek Mun station on the Ma On Shan Line.
Its located at EVER GAIN CENTRE
so yup. got the thing settled. (btw it costs me 109 HKD) too bad....its my fault

but nvm. i got to explore more areas!

Realising that my next class which is at 230pm and very near the University MTR, I decided to just stay out till my lesson time.

Let's explore Tai Wai!

The main businesses around the MTR is related to motor and cars. At the alleys, you will be able to find some really cheap barbers and saloons but the quality seems doubtful...yeah I gues sits better to pay a bit more. Oops! Someone (actually many of them) kana summon

Since there is still like one hour left, I went to Shatin mall and realised that there is a outdoor park on top of the shopping mall. Cool!
Families can be seen having a good time there and couples and old people siting on the swings and chatting away. Nice concept!

Before we left the school for dinner, the cheering starts again! Initially, we were like ...????....then we were told that its a form of publicity for clubs where rivalry among the different clubs from the different colleges are very fierce. but its 'friendly' rivalry i hope ha.
But do enjoy! its only a small part of the cheering that we witnessed the day before. This is just a snapshot!
Maybe can import to Sheares Hall haha or NUS clubs. Discard the Hokkien cheers ha

Dinner we went to Temple Street near Yau Ma Tei MTR station.
Nice food and some nice shopping for the girls!
Cool!
What an eventful day! Tired but satisfied with the sight-seeing and delicious food!

Tomorrow will bring more excitement as its my FREE DAY~! and I am going to LANTAU ISLAND with IVAN LEE!

So stay tune for more exciting photos and stories!!!

God Bless and tata for now!
