First Day in CUHK!

(a closed up of the science building. The colour of the window panels are said to be related to the periodic table. hmm...but i dun seem to get it....)

After the registration and campus tour (on foot), we decided to go to Mong Kok (Wang Jiao) to look look see see.

BTW, the gap between the train and the platform at some stations is really a bigggg G A P. Quite terrifying....ha

This is the first sight when we exited Wang Jiao Station. Neon signboards, adverts and tons and tons of pple.


Above the shops are neon lights are the houses that pple live in... blessing? maybe not...

This is the Nu Ren Jie (aka the Women Street) Its very much like Bugis Street. Just that its more spacious.







In the midst of all the traffic, we managed to find a place for dinner!

Above is the za4 jiang4 mian4 (very nice but hmm not filling) Wayne eat till his eyes cannot open.....

After so much food, let's visit the toilet in my hostel!!!!

Got hand dryer......................

So many sinks...

So many urinals.......

So nice a toilet bowel.....

So nice a shower room.....

Even got toilet seat cleaner...........

Whao!!!! did you notice that the toilet is so clean?? i mean sparkling clean?? I almost slept in the toilet while sh*ting.... so nice sia.!

Ok enough of the toilet....this is the corridor to my room!

Oh ya..and my nice roommate!! who sacrifice his LAN cable and help me with my internet conenction!!!! THANKS

Thanks! I know its a really weird hour to send pple off. Realli appreciate it! and all those who sent their wishes. One notable one is mengsy, who set an alarm to wake herself up to send me a msg at like four plus in the wee hours of the morning! Really effort!
